Hm, well, I think a lot of the time it's because that comes with a lot of negative connotations, but… that's not always the case, no. If destruction was a bad thing, demolitionist wouldn't be a job description, and home improvements would have to pray they got termites to get rid of walls and stuff for them. Moreover, the fact that rage rooms exist at all prove that despite being a destructive again, it serves a constructive purpose, in being a very healthy way of getting out your negative feelings.

Those are just a couple of examples, of course.
