He's pretty resistant to it... mostly because of the Moon Shard, actually. It still nags at his brain and makes him want to go closer to it, but he's still in control of his faculties entirely.

That said, the singing will stop the second Mizuki even looks at that log cabin. The closer he gets to it, the more the Lake Guardian starts screaming. Those hands banging on the fog wall from the lake in the distance become less grabby and more furious, clenched into fists.

He can't get to Mizuki. It's up to Mizuki if he steps foot into the cabin or not. But yeah, it sure seems like a point of interest based on this.
