[livio almost offers to help vash grab one of the slips, but... vash gets there.
he doesn't think they'll actually help, but, jeez, sure enough. and liv is both relieved and sentimental enough that vash's smile is contagious.]
I'm real glad for that... Vash.
[he caught himself that time! and... honestly, it feels pretty good to just smile with the guy, on even ground.]
