ephemeralflow: (When you reach the end)

[Time in the Grove frequently loops and rewinds and bounces around oddly, and it's very frustrating when you can sense these things, but it doesn't. Do that. That feels like something else, something deliberate.

Oh now this is interesting.

Timekeeper only finds herself reeling backwards for that first few seconds of an attempt, and then she seizes the local time around her in her own grip, smile widening as she feels it resist. Usually, this isn't hard, for her. But she'll take the challenge all the same, keeping that time bubble in place as everything else around her stutters backwards and snaps forwards again. The anomaly is originating from... there. Easy enough. She's on the Embroider and zipping towards the source in a moment, taking note of the distressed and confused expressions on those she passes. So normal people are experiencing and remembering this to some degree? Sloppy.

She whisks through the clinic door and lights gently on the floor. Ah yes, there's no mistaking it, the anomaly came from that person there! The one crying over a corpse, who she's going to blithely approach.]

My, my, what is going on over here that necessitated such reckless manipulation of time!

[Timekeeper asks it even though, well, she can very well guess. It's not a scenario she's unfamiliar with - such things happen all throughout time, and few people would not try to turn back time for a loved one, had they the means.]
