I wouldn't necessarily call this "seeking answers" more than it is just analyzing data. I would like to ask what your thought process might be here? There's a lot to take into account, after all. If you pull the lever to kill one person, you are making the active choice to kill someone, versus passively letting a couple people die. But, on the other hand, if that one person is someone you care about, what makes their life more important? Why is that for you to decide the other's fate like that, simply because you have a connection to the others? Is one's responsibility to duty and life not also inherently weaved into a scenario like this? Why choose emotional bond over pragmatism?
How would one even be able to make such a choice to begin with?
