He may not hold Gnosis in a high regard simply because he would still consider them mostly strangers, but the Doctor trusts him, so Mizuki wants to really process what he says here.
More than that, he is truly curious how everyone thinks about this problem.
It isn’t until Gnosis mentions blood on his hands that Mizuki finally looks away from him to look at his own hands. He twists them and turns them as if he’s expecting the white gloves to suddenly have spatters of red on them, but they’re surprisingly clean. He clenches his fist. He opens it again.
