... The first day here, it wanted to play cops and robbers. The rules were stacked in our favor, but the "cop" was a metal-and-wood moosetaur thing that strangled me at one point. I think it- I think it killed several people, too. It fought them and they just... didn't get back up.

... Didn't come out of the woods, either...

And... when it lost, it attacked us with lightning.

But it also promised us a prize if we won, and gifted us with powerful magic charms.

It's childish and cruel but holds it's word, in so much as it feels like it. It's petty and spiteful. It wants us to suffer and gets mad when we fight back.
