Once we're out of this city, I'll take a look at these portal plans. I've worked on dimensional transport devices before, if you already have the materials collected then arranging them into something that won't implode should still be doable. As much as I'd prefer to design the entire thing myself, it'll be faster to use what's already there. If it's usable, anyway.
