TOUCHES HEAD

...

The ground rumbles and logs of dead wood and thorns burst from the earth.

Bakugo gets hit right in the chest, sent flying in the air- he most certainly has at least two broken ribs. The thorns also scrape his skin, cutting in- and with them comes a burst of ice in his blood, freezing yet burning hot. ... Is that... Deku, before him? No. Don't be dumb. But he's going to be haunted by a ghost of someone not there- and Deku has a lot to say about how he's been treated all of his life. ... None of it good.

Mamika follows, launched to the side. She will definitely have a broken rib as well, but she only marginally does better than Bakugo. She too gets pierced by the thorns, with the same agonizing pain and the one woman with Mamika's blood on her hands standing behind her, attacking- physically, they will never land, as it's a hallucination, but Mamika doesn't know that!

Stephanie gets clipped in the arm by a branch, and it definitely hurt- oh, wait, no. Thorn. The pain seers, but it's less so than what the others experience. She just has to also contend with is that Batman in the shadows?

Joshua only just barely dodges, but he knows deep in his heart that it was a close one- thorns just hair's breath away from his face linger, and he'll have to carefully maneuver his way through the thorned vines and the logs jutting from the ground, because he is pinned.

Dipper does pretty well, only getting minor bruising!

Wolfwood is fine, having been able to maneuver himself and his weapons with practiced ease. No murderforest shenanigans here!

Oscar is fine. He's so fine that he's basically just standing in a small field of flowers while everyone else is caught in the murder trees. A dove delicately lands on his head.

The hallucinations can be helped!
