So we aren't doing this, right? The inn is the only safe place we have left. We'd have to be stupid to ruin that by turning against each other.
I know I said I was worried about the magic being gone, but there has to be a better way to deal with this. We just need more time to work out what that is.
[He is definitely saying this in writing only because it will reach more people and not at all because he's terrified to risk opening the door to his room while he has a crescent sun on his wrist.]

But the Inn is only a building. If the enchantments protecting it fail, and we are all without our abilities... It will be difficult for us to fend them all off.

Are you going to the library?

I'm going to try. Considering it is a space outside of the Grove, I almost wonder if abilities will be available there. But if not, at least I might find some information.

What other options are there? Don't get me wrong, I also hate it. But it is the only solution anyone has offered at all... Which is frankly infuriating.

Has anyone managed to get there since this started? I know it's been too dangerous for most of us to risk it.
no subject
We don't even have any proof that this is a real solution.

I haven't been, though I've been wanting to try. My brush with death has led me to being considerably more careful, but we are fast running out of time to be cautious.

...Whimsy, in this rough time, I guess. ૮ฅ・ﻌ・აฅ
[Whimsical... death??? Sure.]

This isn't exactly the time for whimsy. Don't you want to find better solutions?

espesially not wen you can be sivil abowt it and just ask politely to kill or be killed.

Are you planning on going there alone?

It would probably be better if we go as a group, to be honest. Even if just a small one. We are all equally vulnerable right now.

[There's a fairly long pause before he continues.]
I think I'd probably end up making it even more dangerous, but if you can't find anyone else I could come.

If you really think it would help then of course I will.

Any help is help enough. Thank you. I will let you know when I plan to move out.

Thanks. Let me know if the group does end up too big. I'm fine either way.

People come back here, but there are still consequences. They still lose something when they die.

UNFORTUNATELY SOMEONE'S BOUND TO CRACK EVENTUALLY SO YOU'RE PROLLY BETTER OFF ASSUMING EVERYONE COULD AND WOULD KILL YOU.

I BET THAT FOREST JERK JUST WANTED TO GET US ALL PARANOID UNTIL WE WHACK ANYTHING THAT MOVES NEAR US. DON'T TRUST ANYBODY 'TIL IT'S ALL DONE, YOU'RE JUST GONNA REGRET IT.

I thought most people would agree to this easily.

we couldn't even do the easy thing and stay inside last month.
