Hello! I have a hypothetical for you all!
You wake up one day, and you're in the middle of a deep, round hole, surrounded by sand. You cannot see over the edges, and it's hard to climb out, due to the whole "round" and "sand" thing.
What do you do?

I utilize my skill in magecraft to superheat the sand to the required temperature to melt it into glass, so that we don't have to fuss too much about the specific variations in units of measurement across varied civilizations!
