[Of course, this is also after he's gone through the memory-share with Kanda; the redhead got the fight with Alma, leading up to the whole Allen-being-a-stupid-martyr-and-jumping-in-the-middle-of-their-fight. So this does little to help his mental state regarding all this. Because the whole reason he'd even walked into the damn thing is because he saw Alma, recognized him—the damn memories making him waffle on running over (lol bc why) and just...yelling out.
The latter wins out, at least partially.]
O— [The "oi" gets unfinished and Lavi's swept away to the past. And stumbles a little when it all ends, his stomach feeling sour now. He's kinda glad he hasn't eaten breakfast yet...]
Ah...shit. [Is that what Kanda went through, more or less, as a kid? No wonder he's as grumpy as he is. No, Lavi, that's for other reasons... Lavi doesn't have anything related to the Black Order on, but he does have his hammer on him.]
[Alma was still dizzy when it registered that someone else was here. He pressed a hand to his face, rubbing the palm of his hand into his left eye for a moment to try and chase away the fogginess of the memories.
Alma turned to look at the man behind him, not recognizing him a single bit.]
Oh. Sorry, are you okay?
[His head hurt. This guy's head probably hurt too.]
'm fine, yeah? [Giving Alma a sort of bitter grin as he straightens. He's got his eye-patch on, although the bandana remains missing for the moment.]
Can't say the balls o'light are a favorite of mine. But just can't seem to stay away from the tree.
[He nods at it and then nods his head towards the other.] 'm Lavi, by the way.
[His head is already crammed with stuff, not much to make it hurt now. The Leylines were different, though.] Sorry for uh...making you remember all that, I guess.
[He looks back towards the tree, but almost as if he's afraid that he'd be dragged into another memory, he quickly looks away and turns his back to the tree.]
Likewise, yeah? [Because pretty damn sure he normally wouldn't've.
But honestly...how does he go about mentioning their home connection. He didn't think that far ahead, mostly being driven by Kanda's memories and his own relaxed nature towards feelings. At least versus Kanda's nature.
It seems that he can turn their paths towards the village instead of lingering near the tree and its lights.]
We can head this way into town, if you wanna get away from the tree.
i—bc it took me a hot moment to decide....

[He sure isn't particularly keen on reliving his memories! Let alone potentially risking seeing someone else's.
What an invasion of privacy!]
Lead the way!
