Arm's always a good option! Shoulder-blade can be tricky if only because it might hurt more, but you do have more area to work with.

I like the outline, but I'd potentially worry about it looking blurry as the tattoo got older.

thats a good point. i hadnt thought about that. mostly wanted the outline to stand out
maybe i could make it bolder instead?

I think making it bolder would fix any potential issues with that, yeah!

Can I ask – and you can tell me no, obviously – about the imagery specifically depicted here? I'm curious what it's meant to represent.

the flower is a kind of flower from home.

[He doesn't tell Lodi that the flowers were fake, and had little cameras in them. What matters is that he didn't know that as a child, so they still meant something to him. Something important.]
