Oh, the intent was not quite to insult, I'm merely stating facts. I don't think anyone present has come out the other side of hoofing it in the wilds this month without several questionable stains or tears, and that's without taking into account all the battle wear from the abominations that unleashed themselves upon us with reckless abandon.
My point here being, people tend to feel better when they retain some manner of control of their overall appearance. It won't fix everything, of course, but it's something.
