Out of curiosity, for those of you that obtained an item for free from Ydalir, what did you receive?

I received a rather fine-looking hat, myself, but whenever I wear it, it... forces my speech into uncontrollable and highly irregular patterns for my usual manner of speech. Which is a shame, considering I do like it.

I've obtained a quite novel frying pan. It turns whatever I put into it into a select few unique shapes. It's rather cute if you want amusing little pancakes or the like.

Oh, that sounds very cute! I'm sure you can find quite a few uses for that, or if not, you could find someone that can.

Oh, I'll certainly be thinking about what to make with it. I worked at a cafe prior to arriving here, so I'm sure I can come up with some interesting treats.

Which shapes does it make, if you don't mind my asking? Are they shapes of your choosing, or does the pan choose itself?

I've run as thorough a test as I could, and there are four random shapes: A heart, a star, a smiley face, and paw print. They don't show up in any particular pattern, so it's whatever the pan decides in most cases.

Ah, I see. I'm certain that the element of surprise could make them even more desirable! You'll never know what you're going to get.

It's as you say. I do quite enjoy surprises, so I'm sure this will keep me quite entertained for some time.
