[ The writing is particularly rushed, a little messy, written at kind of a slant. Everything about it seems like it was scrawled in a particularly bad situation. No blood stains at least. Yet. Those familiar may be able to place it as Muichiro's ]

Something's wrong with Genya. If you see him, do not engage. I'm leading him away from the Inn, but if I'm not with him or don't come back do not approach.

[He's not about to go against this warning and come out of hiding, but this is still worrying to see.]

[ the response comes late, along with what concerningly looks like a smear of blood, but the writing is much neater. ]

He'd lost control of his abilities, I think. Much like others have. He's settled down now.

So he's all right now?

Yes, though he's insisting on staying out of the inn until I talk to the others. It should be fine once I get him in here.

I don't blame him for worrying, but if he's back to normal then I hope you can convince him to come back soon.

Trust me, I'm not letting him stay out here when these nasty creatures are still a threat. It'll be alright. Is he a friend of yours?

[There's a short pause before he responds. Not because he doesn't think of Genya as a friend, but he sometimes finds himself less sure what Genya thinks of him. Sometimes he seems to be impressed by him, but at others it feels as though he thinks that Min-Gi's a bit of an idiot.]

Yeah. I like Genya. He's a good kid. I wouldn't want to see him getting hurt.

That's good. I'm glad he has other friends around here. I worry about him since he can be a little prickly to start.

He can, but I know he doesn't mean to come off like that.
