Hi there! I'm Lodi – I'm a relatively new face around here and I've only met a handful of you, but I know tensions are... high, at the moment, for obvious reasons. So I thought even a smidgen of a distraction might be good for some folks! I'd like to get to know everyone regardless, so if you'd humor me:

• What's one phrase that's common where you're from, but might confuse someone who isn't? Bonus points if you explain the meaning.
  
• I'd like to know about your star systems! Do you have a favorite star or constellation? Does it mean something special to you?
  
• Can you dance? Would you like to learn? Would you be open to someone in the Grove (not naming names!) teaching you?
  
• What language or languages do you speak?

Two, technically! One of them isn't natural, though. It was made a very, very, very long time ago. We might've been made there? We don't remember. Even We were too young.

…Y'know, this is a lot of info to grasp all at once. Getting created on the moon? That was made artificially? Is something like that even possible? Not that I’m doubting you, I just find the idea of it… miraculous.

Sorry, I am getting ahead of myself a little! Hi! I’m Mizuki! I’m a sea jelly! I am also something known as a “Seaborn”, which is a collective hivemind of seafaring critters. Some of my kin live in the river~! By “We”, it means the Collective. I don’t filter myself well? I try to catch it when I can, but my mind is usually pretty erratic, haha!!

The people who made the moon were my world’s predecessors. My world was meant to be a terraforming project, and they made… “Us”! But We don’t remember why. The Firstborn — Our “gods” — might. They’re the ones who locked those memories away, though.
