are you really you?

[The script that appears in the netbooks is new, elegant. A little... scrombly, as if the person writing isn't used to fingers (he is not) but it's legible.]

Greetings, my name is Pure Vanilla Cookie, please forgive me intrusion, but I was told this was the way to reach out to everyone. I have been given some information about this place, though I must admit I am have a difficult time understanding some things, and there is one question I have which I hope others may shed some light on? Has anyone else woken up here in a body not their own, yet with enough similarities to your former body that you can see the resemblance?

[Haha, what.]

The added dexterity is certainly a benefit, yes. One can't possibly hope to excel at bloodletting without the proper grip strength. Or lockpicking, for that matter. Gods above, I don't think I've ever been quite this thankful for the existence of thumbs until right this very moment.

Regardless, if you'd rather direct your questions elsewhere, I'll not take it as a personal loss. Do feel free to return with further inquiries should his answers prove less than satisfactory, of course. I am quite the expert on the subject, after all, and I find myself not minding the discussion as much as I thought I might.

[That's Astarion-speak for, "I guess you're alright in my book. For now."]
