That might be helpful, yes. It would be extremely dangerous if this storm began producing lightning on top of everything else.

Have you ever tried to alter the weather? It's a matter of cause and effect like anything else. You hardly need to be a god.

I have not attempted to alter the weather. On Terra, altering the weather could bring Catastrophes — simply put, a storm where a stone known as Originium rains from the sky and spreads a disease known as Oripathy. Aside from that, the damage often kills thousands of people every occurrence, and thousands more will become Infected.

So no. I could attempt to do so here, but I do have to account for the consequence of the Divines for it.
