I'd like to apologize about the current state of the clinic. I am currently overseeing it's repairs as it fixes itself, and will tend to those who need it from the Cookie house if desired. I also am sorry for the delay in communication, as I was recovering.

To put it simply, I performed an experiment while not in a mindset to truly keep my focus and caution, and payed the price. This is not a mistake I will make again in the future.

I'm not sure about the exact mechanics, but it's not new. The buildings maintained or rebuilt with magic will repair themselves when damaged historically, but the clinic will take... longer, on account of it exploded.

I can conclude that it is connected to the magic that built it to begin with, but nothing else without some experimentation... And I do not want to do that to people's homes or businesses.

Yes. I was conducting a magic experiment and things went

poorly.

I know what went wrong and can avoid the mistake in the future.

As for your other questions... I'm not entirely sure. We've never had damage on this level before, and I don't want to make things worse. Even without the clinic, I'm skilled with healing, so while we might not have the dedicated building for a bit, there's no loss in services.

Are you sure it's not going to stop you helping anyone? Even if you didn't lose any supplies it doesn't sound like all your equipment didn't make it out.

Medicine can be made or purchased, and I have my magic. There are others who can fill in the gaps where I can't. But... I don't know what to expect for the things that were inside.

I'd like to be optimistic while preparing for the worst, but I'm not sure how things are going to go until we can see for ourselves.

To start, you may refer to me as Passenger. I run the cafe.

There are some of us here who natively possess animal features from our home worlds (and I speak only of those I know this about for certain; I do apologise if I miss someone in saying this) — those being myself, Sesa, Gnosis, Mizuki, Enciodes, Ezell, and Flamebringer. We are from a world where that's normal, and we do not consider ourselves humans. The correct generalization for everyone excluding Ezell and Flamebringer are "Ancients"; collectively, we are Terran, and can all be called such. Respectively, Ezell is Sankta, and Flamebringer Sarkaz.

I say all of this to forewarn you that going around saying "the people with the animal features" will typically be misconstrued as racism. The rest of us are quite used to it and will patiently explain this. Flamebringer will not. I advise heavily against using the word "demon" around him as well, as it's a slur for the Sarkaz. Knowing that he's likely reading this and that he would agree with this assessment, he's a "fight first, ask questions later" individual.

He's been on the receiving end of it enough to know how bad it feels, and even when it's not on purpose he's not always the most lenient when he's on the receiving end. He doesn't think he should have to be either.]
