[Despite growing up in a part of the wider reaches of the galaxy, Till's universe has always felt very small. Isolated. Contained. Not allowed to do anything less than what is expected of you. Step out of line, act in a way they don't like...
The last thing he remembers is standing alone on that stage. The lights went out, yet he could still feel the icy cold of the simulated rain pelting his face as he stared at Ivan's still-warm corpse.
He walked out on that stage fully expecting to die. This...felt wrong. He shouldn't be still here. So why...?
He blinks, and suddenly the stage is empty. The body is gone, as are all of the aliens watching him as they cheered when the song ended. It's eerily silent, and as he looks out into the great expanse ahead of him, he sees...
Does he know the word? "Mother"? That isn't what they called her. Provider. He is the Creation. When the aliens took him from her, he never knew what became of her. They ripped him, screaming and crying, from her arms. If he's seeing her now because he did die after all...then all the better, honestly.
He throws himself off the stage, and when he collapses into her arms, it all feels...idyllic. He's met with the true world of humanity. The trees, the grass, the clear blue sky. Was it all...just a bad dream?
...
..
.
Till startles awake to the tune of Rusty licking his face, and though it takes him a few long moment to regain consciousness enough to even realize what's going on...he recoils violently, practically throwing his body back to get away from the dog, only for his limbs to lock up on him in a similar way to the feeling he gets when the aliens set off his collar. Fuck. He has no idea that he's been laying in the Nethersea Brand for X amount of time, but thanks to Rusty he'd been dragged out and able to (mostly) recover enough that he isn't completely paralyzed.
Does that mean he's feeling GREAT? Haha, oh no. Hell no. This man has never seen an Earth dog before, do you think he has any idea what happened to him?
As Rusty tries to come back close to him, Till quickly tries to scramble to his feet- falls and eats shit once in the dirt- then manages to drag himself half-upright as he looks forward beyond where he ended up. Though the Grove isn't exactly your fount of beauty...it's grass. Trees. He's outside, and it doesn't feel real. It can't possibly be. It's either a near-death hallucination, or fake like Anakt Garden was.
Holding one of his upper arms for stability, Till's eyes settle on the Grove in front of him. The multitude of buildings large and small that have been cultivated into a small town...even amidst the sprawling city structures of the alien race, it seems foreign. He is, at least, visible at the tree-line to anyone who might be looking from their window.
Because in a fit of panicked desperation, the light on the choker(???) around his neck flashing red, Till turns and starts to stagger into the trees. If he IS outside...he has to run away. If he's found, he won't be killed. No. They'll capture him, and he will WISH they'd killed him.]

[At some point, when Till has been convinced NOT to try to disappear into the Forest forever and fucking die immediately, he will do whatever he can to isolate himself away from everyone else. This is accomplished by Till finding one of the empty Inn rooms and locking himself up in it. He will go so far as to pull the largest piece of furniture he can find over the door to ensure nobody can come in, at which point he's not seen or hear from for...a while.
...
A post appears on the netbook in scratchy, uneven handwriting.]
if youre looking for me then come get me
i dont care anymore
ill tear apart every last one of you who tries
should have years ago

this is just how you say hi in guilty gear
How irritating. And here I was hoping for an uneventful return...
[She reaches for the giant key slung on her back, swinging it over with surprising ease despite her frail appearance. Despite the bladed end, she actually holds up the decorative bow, signaling her desire to bludgeon her way past him.]
But very well, such vulgar boorishness won't be missed. When your wretched soul crosses over, do try to keep in mind that I gave you the chance.
[She's going to bring that thing down and he should probably move-]

[Till just barely manages to dodge the swing of her key, meaning it's going to thunk into the ground instead of into his skull or spine. It's just as well, because Till isn't really armed or anything.
But even as he rolls out of the way, he stumbles. The Brand has left his limbs feeling heavy and weird, meaning that he's likely not going to be able to so easily dodge if A.B.A decides to swing at him a second time. He knows when he isn't likely to win a fight, as much as he would love to take a few swings for himself.
With the collar around his neck blinking a rapid red, he is going to attempt to turn and run. Run, deeper into the Forest.]

There. Was that really so hard?!
[YOU!! COULD'VE JUST GONE AROUND HIM!!! JESUS CHRIST- She starts trudging towards the Grove, slowly but surely.
She....SUPPOSES she can call out to him if he's going to continue being foolish.]
You barely survived me, you'll die out there for certain.
no subject
He should keep running, and not look back.
Till skids to a haphazard stop, spins around on his heel, and flips her the double bird.]
Better I fucking die out here than to you, bitch!!
no subject
A.B.A freezes. She was perfectly content with just going on her way and letting him be stupid if he so desires, but she can't tolerate....rudeness. No, she refuses. Not on her first day back.]
Insolent little...!!
[FINE, guess she'll use up whatever energy she has left! With a beat of her wings, A.B.A takes to the air and dives back into the woods, zipping between trees. Honestly, she wasn't sure if she'd be able to find him from sound alone, but this idiot really did decide to run away with a blinking light around his neck. Very well!
When she catches up, she'll land in front of him with an ugly THUD.]
Guilty...guilty of the sin of impudence...! [She mutters under her breath, like a completely hinged individual.] Remember, I tried being merciful, it was you who begged for this.

But, well. Till's little outburst is going to get him skinned, he's realizing, but fuck man. He's been having a really bad last hourish and A.B.A just so happened to pour salt into that wound. She literally said she'd kill him if he didn't move and he was just? Standing there???
Yeah, peak alien behavior truly.
He is running as hard as his legs can carry him, especially now that he's able to hear the sound of her wings beating the air as she gives chase. Fuck fuck fuck-
Till skids under a low hanging branch to try to lose her, but it doesn't matter, in the end. She catches up easily (unsurprisingly) and lands in front of him, blocking off his escape...forcing him to stagger backwards, with no real routes to take other than straight back into the Grove.]
You could have just killed me without opening your mouth, dumbass! That's what you want, right!?
no subject
[A.B.A takes her giant key and begins to pound it against the ground in a fit of rage, its surprisingly heavy thuds echoing throughout the forest. Is he really STILL being rude?! After all that?!]
I can't stand it!! Disrespectful brutes with no sense of self-preservation!! I've had enough- I've had enough!! I'll end this right now!!
[Growling like an animal, a crazed look in her eyes, A.B.A lunges forward and grabs him before he has the chance to react. Once again her frail appearance deceives her as she does it with a surprising amount of ease, her grip and strength inhuman.
And then she runs. Runs forward at an alarming speed. How easy it would be to just slam his body against one of the trees they rush by, would his body even survive the impact? But...she doesn't do anything of the sort. In fact, she runs straight out of the woods and seems to be closing in on the Grove...
She just....keeps going...
Running past buildings, screaming the entire time, until she reaches the inn. Flinging the door open, she tosses Till in like a sack of potatoes and SLAMS the door shut, huffing and puffing when she's finally free of carrying a whole ass person.
And then she screeches. Sorry anyone who may be trying to sleep.]
STAY THERE AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!!!!
[She's just gonna....flop and sit in front of the door as she catches her breath. That was...a lot of energy to use up all at once, and it wasn't like she had a lot to begin with. Stupid...idiot!! She really wanted this return to be uneventful. Punishment! Punishment of a million years! Guilty of...making her sleepy...]

cw: past abuse mention
He's gotten close, having the Aliens pretty much beat him within an inch of his life if he even thought about talking back to them. A.B.A scoops him up, and of course he also starts screaming in response because that's what you do when you're scooped by an Alien (Dragon), trying his best to claw his way free while kicking his legs uselessly, because she is on a mission and she is clearly not about to let him go until she's through with him.
He is lucky, damn lucky, that she doesn't decide to smash him against a tree, or drop him from a great height. No, instead she throws him bodily into the Inn and slams the door behind him, effectively locking him inside a building he is not yet aware is public. It will take him a moment to get his bearings enough to get to his feet again, slamming both fists against the door (my apologies to Will who is currently barking upstairs).]
Hey!! Hey! What the hell you think you're doing!?!?
no subject
I'm protecting you from your own stupidity.
[Speaking of, she's just going to grab onto the door handle to make sure he doesn't realize she can't lock him in from the outside. Not if she doesn't grab onto it tight. She'll sit her all night if she has to, so, um...sorry anyone else who wants to LEAVE.
Just like that, A.B.A has become a key.]
Now go to bed. .....Or I'll kill you.
[BECAUSE THAT WORKED SO WELL BEFORE.]
no subject
I knew it. I fucking knew it.
[He hisses, muffled through the door, as if A.B.A is going to even know what that means.]
Protect my ass! If you're gonna kill me just do it! Don't leave me in here!!
no subject
[She really hopes the ghost she pretends that lives in the inn haunts his ass so hard.]
Fetch yourself a room and cease your worthless prattle. I'm growing weary of your foolishness.
no subject
[Till shouts back, banging on the door again, hard enough to make it rattle on its hinges.
But after he's had his tantrum, he'll take a step back, growl loudly, then kick the outside frame of the door.]
Whatever. I'll get out of here somehow. Stay away from me.
[And only then will he stomp back into the Inn, the sound of his footsteps receding towards the stairs where he plans to find a room and barricade himself in it.]
no subject
[A.B.A presses her ear against the door and listens attentively, making sure those footsteps really are leaving and he isn't trying to trick her or anything. When she's satisfied that he's actually doing what he's told, she smiles like a weirdo as she pulls herself back up.
And then she giggles. Hehe, that's good. See? Isn't everything better when you just listen? She sways back and forth to herself, considering this a job well done before she finally turns around and starts dragging herself back to her original destination.
There's a small stumble to her steps at first, she....she really needs to get some blood...
Goodnight, sweet idiot.]
