Steph here. I know that a ton of people have turned into things that they weren't before, and some of them aren't super recognizable anymore. Is anyone else concerned about, like, actual wild animals ending up in the mix? I think I'm getting too used to this stuff when I pass a giant goose and don't even question it. What do people do if they can't protect themselves here? I don't want to be stuck inside all the time, but I don't want to have to rely on other people either.

Before anyone says it, I'm not looking to learn how to fight. With all the weirdness in this place there's got to be some other way.

Hi! I'm Steph. The whole magic notebook thing is really cute. :) I'm fresh off the boat, had to get around some super creepy goop to get here, saw several people with animal parts. No offense to said people, but that's a little unusual where I come from. I figure I've been kidnapped, drugged, or both. I don't really like any of those options, so if there's a 4th, less sucky possibility I'd love to hear about it! Also: the goop was really gross and creeped me out a lot, what's up with that?
