[Sesa, for all his not-so-smart thinking, does keep his notebook in his jacket just in case of emergencies like this one. And though Vouivre are hardy and resistant to poisons...Suri's minions are of a different breed.]

[ And Pure Vanilla will be there shortly, a soft glowing shield around him to protect himself from any snakes that try to lunge. Should they strike the shield they merely shatter as the damage is turned onto them. Yet it envelopes Sesa as a hug from an old friend as Pure Vanilla gets close, a cup held in his hand as he kneels beside the other to hand it over.

It smells like a sunrise might, if a sunrise had scent. And lavender.

Then he begins looking for the bite wound. ]

Sip it, slowly.

[What a relief it is to see Pure Vanilla approach, and only when the shield surrounds him does Sesa feel like he can relax without needing to be ready to fend off more of the smaller snakes.

He'll take the cup gratefully, though his hand is shaking so he has to take it slow when he starts to drink.]

M-my thanks...I should have been more attentive, I realize...

[ The tonic will fizzle on his tongue like poprocks, the small bit of sunstone Vanilla added to blame for that. It brings with it warmth, to combat the chill. ]

These snakes are hard to spot, and even harder to stop, as is typical of his doing. Where were you bitten, my friend?

[It's nice...a pleasant, warming thing. Sesa isn't sure if it's due to placebo effect or if it's just really working that fast, but it's like it's already begun to chase the pain away.

He nods slowly in agreement as he brings his tail around, actually, which is so long it drags the ground. This is how he was bitten, right where the fat part of his tail starts to taper off. Pure Vanilla will see a familiar black sun, the scarring having already left a mark.]

[ On the tail. Vanilla carefully investigates the bite, frowning to the blooming black sun already there. The least he can do is pull some things from the little pouch at his side and begin to clean the bite.

There's no pulling the venom out, it's been too long and even with his new abilities he can't combat a false god. ]

The best remedy for snake bites is an antivenom, which as far as I know, doesn't exist. I'm afraid no amount of soup will save you, make peace now.
