Current Grove's Residents,

My name is Enciodes Silverash. I have only just arrived, but I'm aware of the current situation and have been caught up to the things that transpired here thus fair. I will keep this as brief as I can, but there is quite a bit of information to get out, so excuse the lengthy page. The state of the Grove, with the consideration that it is a haven outside of that horrid hell-forest, seems to be remaining in poor condition, and our lack of organization will make it harder for us in the long run to find ways of getting us back home. Putting some systems in place will make it easier for us to streamline things at the Grove so when disasters strike, we will have better mental, and have things more readily equipped for things to be handled.

I'm not suggesting this will fix all our problems, just that making things easier for us, and making this place less like our prison, is going to help us in the long run.

I would like to enlist your help for a few things. The first being putting in place a designated Guard. From what I've been told, the resident gargoyle, Zahliya, and the one called Moder both fill this role, as well as most — if not all — of us at the Grove, but but having designated patrol groups, times, and organization will just be a boon. If we have a specific Guard in place here, I would like for them to have alarms to alert them of danger, as well — of which, I am willing to gather the resources for. I'll leave a sign up list for this on the following page.

I have also been made aware of that dilapidated part of town, and the various disrepairs of the buildings we've asked Heimr's help with. As such, with the understanding that this likely will continue to be the case going forward, I recommend having a team in place to help with cleaning up the debris. Anyone with carpentry experience would be a bonus, though I would be more than happy to fill that role alone if it comes down to it. This one is self-explanatory, I feel, but if you have questions about it, feel free to ask. Sign ups are also on the following page. I'm hoping to get started on fixing up the school first, and come to the burnt part of town later, as the sink holes will prove to be a problem for some of us…

I've also designating a few sheets within this notebook for people to fill out if anyone intends to go out into the Forest. It doesn't ask for much. Simply the names of those who are heading out and the general location or direction you intend to go in. This is just in case you do not come back within a reasonable amount of time, and require a search party be sent out to retrieve you.

Lastly, I would like a census for the current residents here. This will allow for us to know if anyone is missing, and ideally also list our skills or talents if we wish to extend our services out to our fellows here at the Grove.
