To be fair Mizuki has asked everyone here to go to therapy so this isnt just a me issue its an everyone here issue

anyway I wouldnt want to take the therapy away from the people who actually need it

You do know about group therapy, right? That is very much a thing that exists.

But by all means, make a martyr of your own mental health so the rest of us can live fulfilling lives. That's exactly what your friends want out of you, I'm sure. Good job, you've done it, you've cracked the code.

I'm usually the pillar for all of my friends, so I try not to crumble. It's easier to do that if I'm not thinking about the things that bother me. If I fall, everyone else is gonna fall.
