I investigated the manor when I first came here. Im the reason that we get tossed back out. I made it in, and the kids were doing this ritual. I think ? that ritual is what brought us here.

I don't know if we can convince them to reverse it or if there's a way to reverse it. Livio and Mizuki and me tossed one of the notebooks in through the window and we got a single response on it but they haven't tried to contact us since. I think theyre busy maintaining whatever the ritual is?

I don't know if it was on purpose to be honest. It was probably an accident. Have you ever done magic that went out of control before? I bet it's like that.

I... do recall struggling for control at that age. But that was a few errant bursts of flame. Not a still running summoning ritual. That sort of magic did not even exist in my home.

That's my theery. If they lost control of the ritual or something happened to one of them that messed it up, can't we be dragged in as a result? Since our souls were originally here or something

Those kids arent that old. The oldest I saw I think was between 11 and 13. The youngest is Audrey, and she was dead when I got there, and I think she was only 6 or 7. I dont know if she was doing the ritual since she was in her bed when I found her.

I dunno. I havent figured it out yet. But those are Rusty's humans and i'd like Audrey to be able to rest in peace so.

I guess if we cured the corruption, the kids could live. Right?
