QUICK QUESTION FOR ANYONE WHO KNOWS!

DOES IT GET RANDOMLY REALLY, REALLY, REALLY BAD HERE IN OCTOBER EVERY YEAR? LIKE BLOOD RUNNING THROUGH THE STREETS, ETERNAL NIGHT, AND SORTA PERMANENT INSOMNIA? OR IS IT JUST STANDARD HALLOWEEN SHENANIGANS? WHAT LEVEL OF TORTURE AND TORMENT SHOULD WE EXPECT HERE? A 2? A 12???

...

...I DUNNO HOW TO END THIS SO I'M GOING BACK TO BOARDING UP OUR WINDOWS.

Dipper here, Grunkle Stan is withholding a little bit of context, but my family and I lived for a while in what was basically a Nightmare Realm, that really, really ramped up the nightmare aspect during October. We just want to know what to expect.

Also Halloween is a holiday from our original world. It's meant to be a spooky holiday but in a fun way. It used to be my favorite holiday until Hell!October ruined it.

I mean, if that's what you're used to, it makes sense you'd want to be as prepared as possible!
After all, outside the typical festivals we hold in Vaugarde, I would be none the wiser with my own experience from home.

That's a shame it was ruined for you, it sounds like an amazing good time otherwise!

Yeah, and I know this place can get really intense sometimes? So ...you know. Prepared means no worries.

It blows, because Halloween IS awesome. Gravity Falls used to celebrate it twice a year, once in October and once in July, so maybe next year I'll see if I can drum up any interest in Summerween.

You've been around to see some of it, and after what I saw out there.. I'd want to be prepared too.

But hey, if we're here for that long, I'd definitely be up for a "Summerween." It'd be great!
