I. It's a mess I won't make anymore (Open; The Inn)

[ There's a note posted up on the wall of the inn in blue pen. It's neatly written at first, with curly handwriting, but it starts to wobble towards the end. ]

I don't know how to get everyone together, as these sorts of things aren't usually my forte. I suppose I could go to each of you individually, and it's what you all deserve, but I'm not an emotionally strong sort of person. For that alone, I'm sorry.

I want to apologize to those of you affected by the hallucinations of the flowers. I should've handed out antidotes to all of you before anything like this happened. I should've been more careful about the toxins. I should've done a lot of things.

I'm sorry.

[ Mizuki will hole himself up in his room for a day or so after this. Apologizing… hard. Talking to people… hard. Hhh. Anxiety— ]

II. Like a thousand times before (Open; Wherever)

[ You may catch him in better spirits later, though. He's happily applying stickers to the doors of people he knows with some sort of association he has with them. He has a variety of them, so it's not hard to match colors or themes or whatever else he sets his little heart to.

His own door is smathered with blue stickers and ocean waves. He's also spelled out "M I Z U K I !" with blue stickers, too. Maybe you'll confront him mid-stickering your door or someone else's door? Maybe you saw the stickers and just sort of knew… ]

III. And in the times that I wish I was younger (Open; Wherever)

[ There's a jellyfish holding your hand! Where did he come from, he wasn't there a second ago— ]

If there are memories so bad that they can send you into miserable states just from being slightly reminded from them, do you think there are memories so good that they can do the opposite…?

[ BB's gag with Otomes is her inert desire to force people into picking prompts to speak with her - because, even she knows, she is complicated and complex to talk to. Preserving humanity's small brains into simple prompts that make it so they can talk to her thusly - is her deranged way of connecting with those she thinks are below her. Or is desperate to want the other to know her.

Not to mention, she came forth from a place where prompts like that were the only way to speak to her - but that is neither here nor there. ]

They will always fear you because you are different, and closer to the unknown - hey, but did you know? Mortals fear the unknown as much as they love it ~ ♡!

[ Just like Mizuki she loves mortal kind for that exact reason, but more specifically because it is humans who despite all odds and what may come for them. They are willing to fight against it.

At the same time, they are their own worst enemies. Disgusting, decrepit, and foul beings that bring about their own ends and often regale at the other's sufferings. Within her she consumed such a thing, the whole of all human depravity. It sits in her stomach and engrossed in her data. All the things that make up the worst of humankind, consumed by her own existence.

As if it were a just meal. ]

Ne, ne? If something ever happens to me Mizuki, I want you to eat my body okay~ ♡ ?

[ Because they were just talking about that after all. ]

I wonder if you will feel the same about humans, once you eat me and taste the things that I have eaten.

[ How right BB is about that. If only he could tell her about We Many, or the Church of the Deep, or anything like that. Alas, instead, he just goes really quiet at her words. She has no idea what he really is and she's saying it, so it must be true, right? Even now, when he's just supposed to be "that weird Aegirian kid who likes video games a lot," she can tell he's not... right. What a gross thought. He doesn't like it.

Despite literally being asked to be eaten, Mizuki shifts himself closer and throws his arms around BB for a hug. ]

Of course. You're not allowed to leave me, BB. So, if anything happens, I'll make sure you'll stay with me.

[ BB is usually the affectionate one, so when someone else is overly affectionate - it does make things a bit strange but she absolutely leans into it. Throwing her own arms around him! ]
