Not chew, per se, but they were able to break through the wood and glass of my home. I assume they're very noisy about it since my pets responded to their presence but I didn't until I had visuals. If there were other tells, I didn't notice.

It might be just the correct combination of things? The fireplace is meant to ward off swarms, for example. It’s why I can’t stand by it, haha! It could also be the presence of a lot of warm bodies? Or… just the age of this place as a whole? I know the other buildings were “built” at the time time, but this Inn has been here so long that the creatures see it as part of the ground/not just a manmade structure and thus not worth their time???
