Not chew, per se, but they were able to break through the wood and glass of my home. I assume they're very noisy about it since my pets responded to their presence but I didn't until I had visuals. If there were other tells, I didn't notice.

[Cy does not see Stan's netbook entry. Or if she does, she does not read it. How could she? She's a cat. Quite how she ends up at the Pines cabin is a mystery, but one evening she can be heard scrambling outside, dragging together sticks and debri until she's around halfway through creating a symbol that Stan might recognise.

She doesn't appear to be concerned by the noise she's making, nor the fact that she's out in the open. She's utterly absorbed by the task she's set herself, chattering away to herself and smacking at any sticks that aren't cooperating with her until they're finally where she wants them.]
