is anyone else having a hard time remembering fuckall from the mansion? i remember going in and seeing some fucked up shit and then suddenly i was home.

It's fascinating, really. The brain has a surprising amount of failsafes to ensure its own survival. For example, something as simple as holding your breath for too long will trigger it into increasing your desire to inhale and exhale.

It's up to you if you want to regain your missing memories, they aren't gone, simply buried underneath your subconscious. Whether or not it's wise to do so is a completely different question.

I enjoyed reading back when I was all alone. There were many books left behind detailing how the body works, a symphony of flesh and bone... Even the brain is mostly composed of fat, and yet it can do so much with so little...
