is anyone else having a hard time remembering fuckall from the mansion? i remember going in and seeing some fucked up shit and then suddenly i was home.

I don't know if this is true of just the mansion, but I often find when something is too horrific to comprehend, I simply let my body move on it's own and sometimes I find myself else where.

It's fascinating, really. The brain has a surprising amount of failsafes to ensure its own survival. For example, something as simple as holding your breath for too long will trigger it into increasing your desire to inhale and exhale.
