Netbook | Some Minor Concerns

Hi! I'm Steph. The whole magic notebook thing is really cute. :)

I'm fresh off the boat, had to get around some super creepy goop to get here, saw several people with animal parts. No offense to said people, but that's a little unusual where I come from.

I figure I've been kidnapped, drugged, or both. I don't really like any of those options, so if there's a 4th, less sucky possibility I'd love to hear about it!

Also: the goop was really gross and creeped me out a lot, what's up with that?

What would I gain from something like that? We've been tormented for months, if not years, and you're the latest victim.

For that, I'm sorry.

I haven't had the opportunity to investigate it, but it causes mental damage of a sort. I've experienced memories of others as if I were there when exposed to it, though. Please be cautious.

Yeah I kind of figured that was wishful thinking... Alternate universe explains a lot more than it doesn't, but wow.

Not myself, but others have been here for at least two now. I'm fortunate to have shown up mid-summer.

The inn is open to everyone as a community shelter, and the general store is the best place for anything you may need. We use shells, bones, scales and coins from the river as payment there, with shells being the favored amongst the rest of us with businesses.
