[ In the morning, Irene will trek around the Grove to knock on doors and let everyone know she's setting up a information sharing meeting in the Inn's lobby. She figures there would be best, considering the new fireplace (thread pending on my behalf) set up and the fact it's about as safe as they're going to get.

Irene also lets everyone know that any fights and any blatant drama starters will be met with punishment. She doesn't elaborate on this further. Zahliya is invited. Irene tells Moder if she wants to sit by the door to listen, she can. She does not invite the merchant siblings, however - though she'll make no objections if someone else does.

She seems to be writing things down in their shared journals this meeting so people can reference this later. ]

[Wolfwood glances over when Mizuki speaks up, finally chiming in without being forcibly dragged into the conversation.]

Have any of you been in the Church before? Other than the kid.

Nene’s stuff, mostly. There were lots of vines and pews and other sort of… church-y stuff, I guess? A lot of it was sort of… eroded, I guess. Rubble and stuff — it wasn’t in good shape.

Just a normal religion? Or are we talking sun and moon cult. Because he would believe either.]

Makes sense. Church's gonna have church shit. Sounds like it must've been used years ago.

Presumably it was used by the Grove's residents from before. So we're probably talking about like closer to a thousand years...?

Couple, thousand, whatever. Point being, it might be worth checking out again sometime. All that rubble might be hiding something.

[...Mizuki has been tolerable so far, compared to his interactions with some others. He's quiet, and seems like a good kid (he's not a kid but Wolfwood thinks he is).

He sighs, crossing his legs at the ankles where he's still leaning against the wall.]

Yeah, sure. Probably a better idea to go with backup, if it's anywhere near those woods.

I really don't think anyone should go into the woods alone, but… especially if you're going to the church, I know the way, and I'll be sure to protect you so you don't gotta worry about anything, alright?
