What: Sun Seance to talk to Beiwe
When: mumble mumble warm day high noon yeehaw

Warnings: None right now but if they come up-
[ A few hours before the sun rises to it's fullest at noon, on a day in September before the Monsters Truly Come Calling But There Might Be a Faerie Or Two when it's particularly warm, Pure Vanilla will write a post. It's quick, and to the point. ]
I believe today would be our best bet at contacting Lady Beiwe. Considering the current state of her Church and it's defilement, I feel holding it in the Grove by her statue will be the best course of action. Of course, I am open to alternatives!
[ But really, unlike the giant statue for Ourania, there is nothing else yet for Beiwe. So anyone glancing out their windows will see Pure Vanilla dutifully drawing a large magic circle with radiating lines and symbols and a spot in the middle, in the dirt. He even moves Beiwe's statue to the middle (minotaur strength, yay!) and Ouraina's statue to a spot in one of the Cardinal Directions that symbolize the moon. A place of honor. There are places left open for others to add their own symbols, their own lines, and being as how it's in the dirt, it's easily changeable as more people show up. Add your magic knowledge or find a spot to sit inside the circle if you desire to speak to Biewe.
Or make garlands of her flowers, or make Sunny D or... something. They're winging it. ]
(( like the moon seance this will mostly be a mingle until the mods come in with whether we succeed, blow up, or set the entire place on fire flamebringer. ))

How does a cinnamon pear pie sound? [Unless she wanted pear for the tarts, which he can shift to something like a berry pie, but its fall and he has a feeling Beiwe won't say no to cinnamon if the taste of the sun shard is anything to go by!]
Yeah, especially since this is like, Advanced Reincarnation with the multiverse thrown in. I get the feeling we all came back pretty weird from how we started.

I can. She's massive — larger than Moder is. Her feathers are mostly red when you look at them straight on, but she's iridescent in the sunlight, and her tailfeathers are made up entirely of long, rainbow plumage. She was quite the kindly Guardian, too, with the patience of a saint and the forgiveness of a much kinder deity than me. I imagine, were she still living, she might even have the power to talk my brother down from his throne.
...somewhat, anyway. It isn't her fault he's on his tirade.

For someone like him, loving something he sees as "lesser" will never, ever, be something he can forgive. In the end, instead of turning my back on mortalkind and letting you all suffer, I chose to stand with you. This pissed him off.
[She grimly starts to fold the pie crust into the mould, fingers patting down the edges so that it bakes evenly and smoothly. There's a frown on her face that she tries, however poorly, to hide.]
It's my fault, so it's my responsibility to deal with him, but my power wanes. He cracked my halo, and he killed Sehul and "Aurora", as you call her. He ended the world once, and after it had healed, he took Moder, Callan, and Sinann as hostages. Those three Guardians are far too young to remember it; Moder was but a baby when Aurora fell from the skies. Right now, I'm afraid that even with Amun-Ra — "Zahliya", you call him — the four remaining Guardians won't survive an all-out attack, should he get bored and decide to end the world again. Perhaps I will not, either.
That's why, unfortunately... I do need your assistance. I reaaaaaaally hate asking for it.

Look, I'm an advocate for forgiving family, taking responsibility, and working through issues, even after a long, long time. Heck, Grunkle Stan and Grunkle Ford didn't speak for almost 40-something years but they managed to patch things up. If the bug up his ass literally boils down to throwing a tantrum because he's mad you guys disagree instead of being willing to work through stuff together, maybe ...maybe that really isn't your fault, you know?

Yeah, that pretty much tracks from what I’ve seen of the guy so far. Good to hear it from other sources, too.

We'll get these done pretty quickly after the tops are on. I think you'll find that things don't work exactly how you'd think they do in this realm. ...which is a fun way of me saying my oven is very powerful.
