I dont know about 2B though. I think water is wet until you touch it and then its dry? You know how when youre fully sub merged in water you don't feel wet? That's because youre dry.

You're wet when youre not fully underneath the water BUT youre dry when youre in it. This is something you really have to ekspearmint with and you'll see what i mean
