Clive here. I am unsure how to write this due to the sensitive nature of it, but I have some further information from Beiwe I wished to confirm before sharing. It may aid us in our fight against the forest.

Forgive me for being vague, but I am unsure who is corrupted, and as such I hesitate to write anything further. Yet this information must be shared.

As well, I wish to speak personally to Timekeeper Cookie, Vash, and Wolfwood, if I may.

[ Well. That takes care of that, he guesses. With White Lily's assurance her home was safe from corruption - and hopefully those who are corrupted can't enter - Clive is quick to make his way over. He's not sure how many people will show up, but the more the better, as he only really wants to explain this once. He also brings the map he has been marking on, where he's managed to find ruins before simply finding his way back into the Grove as if he was forcefully turned around.

He leans against a nearby wall, eyes closed as he waits for everyone to gather, thinking about what he plans on saying. ]

[ While Clive waits, there is a small, cockatiel-sized bird resting on Clive's horns. The bird itself seems to be... snoozing? Its head is tucked into its wing, at any rate. ]

( lily is making and serving tea, though you can definitely catch her trying to herd the various pets out from underfoot. otherwise... she's quiet, listening and tapping a pen against paper.

[Cacao isn't here for the meeting itself: though if whatever is happening is Important he would want to know about it regardless. Instead he is watching the door, looking up at Clive as each person arrives to make sure they were invited before letting them in.

One of the dragon babies he and Joshua saw sleeping is curled up with him in his big cushy dad chair once everyone is there]

[ When everyone who wishes to show up has gathered, Clive begins. ]

I asked Beiwe about any locations that may weaken the Forest in such a way that any attempt to bring it down has better chances of success. Though she mentioned several locations, one location caught my attention the most.

[ Other than her corrupted Church, but he's pretty sure people already know about that. ]

There is a place called the Divine Library that the Forest once maintained and loved. She said it is located between this realm and the realm of the Gods.

[ He frowns a little, arms folding over his chest as he bows his head, thinking. ]

She suggested we find a way to make a portal into it. That's beyond me, but I'm sure many of you are already thinking of ways to do so.

[ He glances up, frown deepening. ]

While I would rather we capture it for our own, being the Forests it is more than likely going to be deeply guarded or trapped. If we cannot capture it, then taking as many of the books back into the Grove as possible seems like the safer bet. The knowledge within them may prove invaluable.

[ And a slight sigh. ]

Provided we can reach it, of course.

[ Odile doesn't bother with the netbook, just comes to the meeting place listed. She has very little to contribute, so mostly she sits in a convenient chair, arms crossed, watching Clive and Joshua like a hawk. ]

[ Steph makes a point to say hello to every person here and introduce herself if necessary. If she doesn't manage it before the meeting, she'll stop them afterwards before they leave. Whether she ends up helping on this weird mission or not, she needs to know the people here and the various goings-on. ]

[ Fern eagerly arrives at the Gingerbread House, ready to explain that his vine is totally unrelated to corruption or whatever. It's just a leftover from his grass bod! Nothing to worry about.

But the second he steps in the door he spots Cacao in the corner and freezes. He doesn't move an inch until, a second or two later, Cacao spots him and the tiny movement is enough to send Fern running in the opposite direction.

Stupid. Obviously a cookie house would be off-limits! He can't be around cookies! He's not allowed! ]

of course livio is concerned enough to show up to a game-changing meeting like this. especially when both of his housemates who happen to be his partners are mentioned by name. he tries not to come off as... helicopter-y when he approaches clive, but. sorry, the guy can't hide his apprehension. hopefully the clenching and relaxing of his fists at his sides doesn't appear threatening.]

... Excuse me. You're Clive? [he knows he is, he's seen people address him. but it's rude or something to just go off on someone without introductions.]

Oh, now this sounds interesting indeed! And how bold, to ask a personal meeting when it should be the first time we've properly spoken.

[She's teasing a little. But Clive earned her interest and respect for how well he fared against Suri, so she will humor him.]

A little hard to miss. I'll make sure to ask your forgiveness properly in person for being so brash.

[ He will tease in return, he rather likes her from what he's seen of her. Mid would absolutely adore her, and anyone that Mid likes gets a pass in Clives books. ]

[ And true to his word, he is. Though he hasn't visited the Clock Tower in person and now that he's there, it's rather imposing in person. It makes him think of the Fallen's tower, mechanisms he doesn't understand ticking and clicking away. He studies it from the outside first, staring upwards before making himself known with a gentle knock.

He isn't going to just barge in, the lady controls time, who knows what would happen. ]

It is a little weird. The forest, our enemy, is able to take hold of certain people and place his mark on them. Through them he can see and hear things.

You can understand why I wish to keep certain information private.

I think so. You may end up with a mark on you in some manner, to indicate it. Flowers growing out of you, or inside of you, and an outward marker.
