Clive here. I am unsure how to write this due to the sensitive nature of it, but I have some further information from Beiwe I wished to confirm before sharing. It may aid us in our fight against the forest.

But the El, which is the magical stuff I'm made of basically, is a pretty powerful source. It's responsible for everything on Elrios — I'm not saying I want to be a battery, but I could ask Ms. Trader for a shard of an El crystal again. Just... no one else touch it, haha.

That's not really the point? There's literally no good reason for you to do something you know from experience could kill you instantly when it's not the only option you have and like, the end of the world. We're talking about a library. That's not worth your life.

I'd be separate from the crystallized version of it, so that could act as a power source. It wouldn't affect me if it's separate from me, if that makes sense. ...aha, sorry Miss, I know it's confusing when you aren't from Elrios, but try to stay with me here.

It's dangerous for non-native Elrians to handle it, and even natives can be over-exposed, which can cause memory loss and complete loss of emotions and autonomy if it gets bad enough. It's a crystal from one of our Gods, and pieces of it broke off during our apocalypse... not important. What is important is I, as a construct of the El itself, can handle holding something like that and not endangering anybody else.
