I would have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, I guess, but it's weird that it's happened twice.

From experience, if this have given you a headache of any sort, chamomile, ginger or feverfew tea will help.

Yeah, it definitely did this time around. It didn't so much last time, but those circumstances were a little different. Thanks! I don't think I've ever tried feverfew tea before. What is it?

There might be more instances where we have bits of alternate memories, but I can only remember two where I got the ENTIRE set of memories. Like from age baby until now: The shedding back in trench and this one.

That’s my guess, anyway. There is a lot of weirdness at work here considering how physical some of the changes were, but the fact that I still have all of the memories leads me to think I never left, actually. The forest could have let me keep my eye though. Jerk.

So yeah, you got me there. Resist harder when the forest tries to drag you in.

Oh, you kept them? I learned from Affogato Cookie that there was some alternate life... experience... going on. But I expected they would fade away.

I kept mine, but that doesn't mean everyone did. I know from experience sometimes that sort of thing can vary person-to-person. I usually have a strong memory so I'm not surprised it stuck around.

I agree, it is a very strange sensation. How long did you say you've been away from your own world?

About three-and-a-half years, but that's really kind of an estimate. There's a very good chance that the time between me returning to the ocean in Trench and me waking up here might have been way longer and I just wasn't conscious for it.

Yeah, this was jarring but not super bad or anything. It's just more weird memories I have to kind of work around. Weird but something I've dealt with before.

Yeah! Luckily I've already got a weird set of memories that were way weirder to filter through. This set at least as a point of divergence I can kind of work around.

Did this sort of thing happen to you in Ryslig?

Don't think that'd be something I could get used to. But definitely locking it in my head to not go walking into the woods again haha.

Might help to get some fresh air! Or a cup of hot tea. Hopefully it clears up for you!

Yeah, I'm gonna go raid the gardens for Tea Stuff. The air here is also really nice, even if it should be illegal how cold it is.
